To ensure a smooth and successful production at Villa Tierra, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Certificate of Insurance: Renters are required to provide a certificate of insurance to the host prior to the production.
- Prior Visits: Renters are allowed one prior visit, up to one hour, at no charge.
- Any additional visits, setup, or pickup time will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
- Cleaning Fee: A $600 cleaning fee will be added to the booking for the interior and exterior cleaning of the property.
- Parking: The property provides 7 parking spaces or 3 vans/production trucks.
- Crew must park in additional parking, located just a 30-second walk from the house.
- No permanent parking is allowed at neighboring properties, on the grass, or in front of the house. Vehicles parked in these areas will be towed.
- Street Filming: If you intend to shoot anything on the street (beyond the sidewalk), a city permit is required. No exceptions.
- Music & Noise: City ordinances restrict loud music during productions. High-volume sound systems and DJ services are not permitted.
- Smoking: is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Fire Safety: No fireworks, firework machines, or any open flames are allowed.
- Adult Films: The property is not available for adult film productions.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure that your production runs smoothly and respects the property, local regulations, and community.

Renters are required to provide a certificate of insurance to the host prior to production.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
For your safety and peace of mind, please note that there are ADT security cameras on the property: one at the main entrance hall and another at the back side gate of the house. These cameras are typically in use.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.

Parking Description
- Only the guest renting the house is permitted to park on the property.
- We kindly suggest leaving the front of the house free of cars to maintain a clean and accessible space.
- Event guests are asked to park on the nearby street, which is just a short 30-second walk from the house.
- Parking in front of the house, on the grass, or at neighboring properties is not allowed, and vehicles parked in these areas may be towed.
- For convenience, we highly recommend using Uber.

The villa will be provided to guests in a clean and ready-to-use condition. A $600 cleaning fee will cover the cost of cleaning both the interior and exterior of the property after your production or event.
Cleaning Protocol

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
- Provide a hand-washing station with soap, warm water, paper towels, or hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas, allowing guest access, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation.
- Space has additional space outdoors.
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
